Bear Creek Wine Trail 2016 Oregon Wine Award Winners

Winners of the 2016 Oregon Wine Awards were just announced, and Bear Creek Wine Trail wines received Double Gold, Gold, Silver and Bronze. 

Double Gold:  Weisinger Family Winery- Pinot Noir

                        Grizzly Peak - Viognier

The Bear Creek Wine Trail is thrilled to have taken home awards in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition this year:

Pebblestone Cellars was awarded Best of Class for their 2014 Ellis Vineyards Viognier ($20)

Dancin Vineyards won Double Gold for their 2014 Trata Southern Oregon Pinot Noir made with 100% estate grown fruit! ($34)

Also winning a Double Gold was Pebblestone Cellars 2014 Ellis Vineyards Pinot Gris ($17)

Winning a Gold Medal was Grizzly Peak with their 2013 Tempranillo ($28)

and Weisinger Family Winery also with a Gold Medal for their 2012 Tempranillo ($32)

Medals were also awarded for DANCIN's 2014 Farandole, 2013 Septette Pinot noirs, along with their newly released 2013 Tribute, a blend of Barbera, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Belle Fiore was awarded for their 2012 Syrah, Pebblestone was awarded for their 2011 Ellis Vineyards Cabernet Franc and 2011 Ellis Vineyards Syrah, Weisinger Family Winery was awarded for their 2012 Gold Vineyard Malbec and 2011 Petit Pompadour, Grizzly Peak was awarded for their 2012 Estate Rogue Rouge, and 2013 Estate Roussanne-Marsanne.
